Winchester Community Music School hosted a whole day of activities including meet-the-instrument sessions, scavenger hunt, storytime, ensemble auditions, and our first-ever musical yard sale!

Concerts on the Common - Wednesday Nights

All summer long, the Winchester Recreation Department has treated residents and visitors to wide range of music including classic rock, country, bluegrass, soft rock, and R&B. The concerts took place every Wednesday night. On June 27, local Winchester band - Sounds Like Chicken - performed to a large audience of all ages.

Terry E. Carter, Medford's Poet Laureate, and Dan Chelotti, poet and Elms College Professor shared the stage with 10 audience members who performed on Griffin Terrace.
