Terry E. Carter, Medford's Poet Laureate, and Dan Chelotti, poet and Elms College Professor shared the stage with 10 audience members who performed on Griffin Terrace.
Network of Social Justice, Winchester Historical Society, and the Winchester Anti-Racism Solidarity Collective commemorated the 160th anniversary of Frederick Douglass' visit to Winchester's Lyceum Hall via a zoom program. Dr. Ellen Knight gave opening remarks before introducing Douglass historian Nathan Richardson. The event finished with an interactive discussion led by members of the Anti-Racism Solidarity Collective.
